Prior to founding Mettle Recruitment, Petar has worked for both global and boutique
recruitment companies. This has provided him with an understanding of the challenges
present for both hiring managers and candidates. He is dedicated to conducting successful
searches and career transitions, building strong relationships with industry professionals.

Petar has completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from Curtin University to
compliment his career within the recruitment industry. His approach to recruitment is
focussed on forming long-term relationships and connecting great people with great opportunities.
